Overview

The Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) Marketing Internship at Standard Bank Group is a 12-month programme designed for ambitious marketing graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in one of Africa’s largest financial institutions.

Internship Details

The programme begins on 15 January 2025 and runs for 12 months, offering participants exposure to various marketing functions such as digital campaigns, social media, communications, event management, and content creation. Interns will be based in Johannesburg and will receive a monthly stipend of R10,000 to support their journey.

Skills Development

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the CIB Marketing Internship, applicants must:

• Be South African citizens between the ages of 18 and 30
• Be English literate and computer literate
• Hold a completed undergraduate degree or diploma in Marketing
• Not be permanently employed
• Not be studying or enrolled in any other internship/learnership in 2025
