Interns will receive hands-on exposure to the full 360° recruitment cycle, business development, and talent acquisition processes—supported by a skilled team and structured mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business development and client acquisition (including cold calling)
• Present B2B sales pitches introducing company services
• Run online recruitment and marketing campaigns
• Draft and post job descriptions
• Source and headhunt candidates across multiple platforms
• Screen and shortlist applicants
• Perform verification and reference checks
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Support clients and candidates throughout the onboarding process
• Maintain strong client relationships and after-sales service

Requirements

• Minimum NQF Level 4 / Tertiary qualification
• Young, dynamic, and target-driven
• Recruitment or sales experience is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation and client-service mindset
• Must have own laptop and cell phone
• Motivated, resilient, and eager to grow
