The FNB Community Advisor Pipeline role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service by serving clients promptly, understanding their needs, and processing requests efficiently. You will support business objectives through strong customer engagement, accurate administration, and meeting sales and service performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service Delivery

• Serve customers promptly and professionally, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Understand customer needs and process their requests with accuracy.
• Maintain high service quality aligned with Balanced Scorecard standards.

Business & Profit Growth

• Contribute to achieving net profit growth.
• Manage migration of customers from transactional to Self Service channels.
• Grow the active customer account base to expand the client portfolio.
• Maximize cross-selling opportunities and strengthen client relationships.

Sales Tracking & Performance

• Monitor, control, and influence sales activities to achieve set sales targets.
• Provide accurate, reliable sales and service statistics for reporting.
• Increase sales and service efficiencies through effective activity management.

Administration & Governance

• Deliver efficient administrative support through organized planning, reporting, and updating of information.
• Check daily transactions to ensure new business applications are processed within required timelines.
• Comply with governance, legislative, and audit requirements.
• Follow established procedures and processes outlined in the Golden Rules.

Self-Development

• Take ownership of personal growth to enhance professional competencies.
