About the Programme
The University of South Africa, in partnership with the Education, Training and Development Practices Sector Education and Training Authority (ETDP-SETA), is offering a structured 24-month internship for unemployed UNISA graduates. Designed to equip participants with workplace skills and professional experience, the programme begins on 1 October 2025 and ends in 2027.
Who Should Apply
Applicants must be South African citizens aged 35 or younger, with a UNISA qualification at NQF Level 6 or higher. They should have no prior formal work experience in their field. Persons with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply. Candidates previously employed by UNISA or any other organization are not eligible.

Required Skills and Competencies
Applicants must be computer literate with knowledge of MS Office 365 and internet navigation. They should demonstrate communication, teamwork, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and time management skills. Other required traits include commitment, punctuality, confidentiality, initiative, and proficiency in English.
Application Requirements
Candidates must submit a CV, a one-page motivational letter, and certified copies of their ID, matric certificate, academic record, and UNISA qualification. All documents must be in PDF format and certification must not be older than six months.
