About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Trainee Manager to join our team at Liberty Midlands Mall. This is an ideal role for individuals who are ambitious, proactive, and ready to grow into a managerial role within a high-energy retail environment. The successful candidate will lead teams, manage operations, and drive sales while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day store management and operations
• Lead and motivate a retail team to achieve sales targets
• Ensure accurate stock management and inventory control
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve queries professionally
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
• Develop and coach team members to enhance performance and growth
• Monitor store performance metrics and implement improvement plans

Requirements:

• Matric certificate
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Assistant Manager or Store Manager
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Results-driven with a track record of achieving targets
• Strong customer service and people skills
• Attention to detail and a sense of urgency
• Ability to think creatively and solve problems
